A piece made in situ for the Mariakapel gallery. The gallery is based in what was once a chapel with six huge windows. The work uses the image of the Pink Terraces which was seen before its destruction as one of the eight wonders of the world.

The image is cut out in paper to the point where the paper is about to break, pushing the material to its limit but also using light as a tactile element.  The image of the now disappeared eighth wonder of the world was projected by the sun on the floor and changed constantly according to the time of day and weather conditions sometimes appearing and disappearing.
